YILDIZ manufactures hex head , dome head  bolts center bolts for leaf springs, welded pins  special design forks ,wheel bolts & nuts  for agricultural industry and other industries.

Our machinery is capable of manufacturing hot forging bolts from  M8 diameter to M60  and up to 800 mm in lengths and cold forging studs up to  M14 diameter  and up to 150 mm in lengths.

 All operations (cut off from bar, heading, machining,  thread rolling, tooling production,welding..etc.) are performed in-house  except surface treatment and heat treatment.

As YILDIZ is manufacturing for  OE Manufacturers  PPAP , ISIR, FMEA documents are prepared  upon customers demand and SPC on critical dimensions depending on principles of ISO 9001:2000 to satisfy our customers QS9000 requirements.

Certificates for materials , surface treatment, and heat treatment available upon customers' demand.

We produce parts ready for assembly.

YILDIZ has a state-of-the-art quality assurance department that continuously provides the highest possible quality assurance procedures in the industry. Primarily, we specialize  hot forging  parts that have special characteristics such as oversized heads, uncommon lengths, special thread designs,.... etc.
